Simply return your products to us in original package if you are not totally satisfied with your products. And we will send you a new one with no additional cost or issue you a refund.

To return an item you ordered:

  1. Contact customer support at GbValleyStore Support Email to inform us you wish to return your product for a replacement or a refund.
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) when your request is accepted.
  3. Include RMA# on the shipping label for product returns, or they will be refused. RMA# is valid for 30 days.
  4. Customer must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive refund payment. GbValleyStore does not track expired RMA#’s.
  5. All non-defective items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  6. Freight on merchandise being returned to GbValleyStore is to be prepaid by Customer.
  7. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and restocking fees.
  8. Merchandise must be returned in original box with “Return Unsatisfied Products” clearly stated on the shipping label. No returns or credit requests accepted after 30 days of invoice/ship date.
  9. Include in your package a signed letter stating th reason for your return.
  10. Mail your returned item in original packaging + signed letter stating reason for return to:

  11. It is recommended that if the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 are best be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To exchange an item:

  1. Send a request for exchange to GbValleyStore Support Email for exchange.
  2. Send the items you want to return to us using the return process stated above.
  3. If you return the package to us with a tracking number, once we are able to confirm tracking status online we will send you the exchange item the next business day with no additional cost.
  4. If you return the package to us without a trackable method, we will need to wait until we receive your returned products before we send you the exchange item with no additional cost.

Note: If you are exchanging for a different color or pattern, we’ll cover any cost increase. Otherwise, if the new item costs more, we will charge you for the difference in price. We will refund you the difference if the new item costs less.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once we received your returned product, we will process your refund in 1 – 2 business days. All refunds will be processed back via your original payment.

If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded back to your PayPal account. Please visit PayPal for their refunds help.

If you paid with Credit Card, it will be refunded back to your original credit card used.

If you paid with wire transfer, you can choose to receive your refund via PayPal or bank wire transfer and provide us with your bank information.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

If you return items in original condition, you will receive 80% of the item’s price.

If you return items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a GbValleyStore.com error, you will receive up to 50% of the item’s price.


Cancellation requests must be e-mailed and the response must state “Cancelled” within 48 hours of purchase date. If a cancelled order is shipped in error, the Customer are responsible to have the shipment returned to GbValleyStore. Before refund payment can be given, proof of cancellation must be produced and product returned.
