Get your shipping for free when you order over US$25.

Free shipping applies to all countries that are a member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Delivery Schedule

The delivery method is Small Air Parcel. The delivery timeframe is shown below and it will varies based on the product and destination.

All deliveries will be provide with tracking number for status monitoring.

Failed Delivery & Order Lost Policy

If the delivery is failed or the parcels get lost for the reason that you have provided us with the wrong or problem shipping address, we will not be responsible for any losses. So please make sure your address is correct and deliverable. Under this condition, the order cannot get you any refund.

Otherwise, if you do not receive your package or received a damaged package, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from the day you receive the package. For the damaged items, please provide us picture(s) for your received item(s) where the problem is clearly shown in the picture, and we will help you check the problem and offer satisfying service.

Payment Policy

GbValleyStore accepts: Major Credit Cards (via 2Checkout) /Wire Transfers/PayPal/WebMoney*. Offsets, deductions and short payments are not allowed.

*Please talk to our friendly staff regarding WebMoney payment option.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order via 2Checkout/PayPal/WebMoney. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 72 hours after confirmation of cleared payment from Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use Small Air Parcel with tracking to deliver our packages.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

GbValleyStore is not responsible for delays caused by the customs, import duties, taxes or other customs charges.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We charge for a flat shipping rate of $9.00. GbValleyStore reserve the right of adjust the shipping price according to the market fluctuation from time to time without notification. Ready for shipping order and back orders are not included.

Refused Orders:

Refused product will be credited less 20% restocking fee, freight and handling charges.

Loss, Damage/Pilferage, mis-shipments, mis-billings, and shortages:

  1. Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to GbValleyStore’s Claims Department within 30 days of delivery/expected delivery date. If customer has filed a claim, the RMA number must be given to GbValleyStore’s Claims Department when customer reports the damage/pilferage.
  2. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported to GbValleyStore’s Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Save Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials. Some carriers require on-site inspection before product can be returned.
  3. Replacement product will be billed to customer’s account when shipped. Payment will be issued for returned product when the returned product is received by GbValleyStore.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
