This is a limited warranty that each product is free from defects in materials and manufacturing. In the event individual product stops working or otherwise breaks due to defects in materials or manufacturing please follow instructions below for how to return the product and claim your warranty. The warranty is voided in the event of unauthorized alterations, improper use or care, or from accidents (e.g. dropping on a hard surface causing breakage). The warranty is limited to replacement of the product. An email copy of your purchase receipt will be required to claim your warranty.

To Claim Your Warranty:

1. Email customer support at with your order number for claiming your warranty.
2. Provide evidence of defects in materials and manufacturing in the form of photos or videos.
3. Once our warranty department confirms the defects, you will be billed with a flat rate shipping.
4. We then send out the replacement product to you. All you need to do is pay the shipping.
5. You do not need to send the defect products back to us.

Note: This warranty covers one year from the date of product shipment.
